I am in competition with no one. I have no desire to play the game of being better than anyone. I am simply trying to be better than the person I was yesterday. 

 

Oly Class scheduling update!

The Tuesday & Thursday afternoon Oly classes have been replaced with Comp Prep class. Comp Prep usually starts with lifting, so anyone is welcome to join for just the lifting segment.

The Tuesday & Thursday morning (7am) Oly classes are left unchanged. :)

Skill: Pull-up & stationary dip lowers

 

Partner WOD:

8 minute row for max meters

… rest 4 minutes then…

4 REFT (rounds each for time):

10 lunge & recover (115/75)

15 pull-ups
