CrossFit isn’t only for those who are young and in shape–its for everyone who has the desire and willingness to get fit and healthy, whether it’s doing a WOD Rx’d or modified. The beauty of CrossFit is that it can be scaled for anyone at any level, so even if you have never done CrossFit before or have some nagging injuries, we can always design a workout for you that is both safe and effective. Bob Nottingham has been at CDR for many years and is one of the strongest men in our gym. His mobility and his endurance have increased because he has been diligently coming to CrossFt at least 2-3 times a week. He always comes in ready to work and is quick to make modifications so he can have the best workout possible. Happy Birthday Bob!!! Another year older and another year stronger!
