The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team.

So Cal Regional WODs!

If anyone follows the CrossFit Games on instagram, you have probably seen the videos of Dave Castro announcing the individual Regional events. So far, he seems to be favoring gymnastic movements with workouts containing pistols, muscle-ups, handstand walks, strict handstand push-ups, and legless rope climbs. It’s astonishing how the sport as escalated, and that gymnastics are now becoming a focal point of the CrossFit athlete’s skill set. Who would have thought a couple of years ago that Regionals would feature handstand walks and strict handstand push-ups! It’s amazing how quick these athletes have improved, both in their strength and skill in such a short amount of time. It seems like HQ will not be disappointing us this year at Regionals, so it should be an exciting event to watch! Team CDR is posed and ready to garner that top 3 finish to go to the Games, but competition will be fierce.  The cheering and support of CDR members makes all the difference, so please purchase your tickets now and experience the adrenaline-filled action of the top competitors in So Cal!
