Happy Thanksgiving!

It’s here! Finally we get to just relax, eat, and enjoy our time with family and friends. Remember to savor these special moments with your loved ones. Too often we are rushing–rushing to work, to the grocery store, to school, to the house, and sometimes these moments get lost. Thanksgiving is not only a day to relax, but most importantly, its also a day to gives thanks and praise those in your life. Take a moment to stop and just think about all of the things that have happened during this past year, both the good and the bad, and thank those who have helped you through it or experienced it with you. We at CDR are encouraging everyone to give thanks to their family, friends, our soldiers, police officers, firefighters–anyone who has meaningfully touched your life in some way, big or small. Many times we take these people for granted, so let’s make Thanksgiving a day to honor these people with our kind words, thoughts, and prayers.

We at CDR also want to give our thanks to everyone of you who has made CrossFit CDR special and unique. CDR has grown into a very close-knit family that is dedicated to the health and well-being of every member as well as those in our community. Without all of your continued support, positivity, hard work, and enthusiasm, we would not be the box we are today. Coaching at CDR is one of the most rewarding experiences, and its because all of you have made it such a great place to work out, train, compete, and improve. You all have inspired us to be the best coaches we possibly can, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We hope that you all feel our appreciation, and continue to bless us with your CDR spirit.
