HOLIDAY PREP CHALLENGE

Our final Challenge of the year is starting Monday, October 22nd!

The Holiday Prep Challenge is perfect for you if:

  • You’ve been thinking about transitioning to Structured Paleo and you’re ready to jump in
  • You’re already eating mostly paleo and you want an extra push before the holidays
  • You’ve considered other challenges but need some adaptations or other individual attention (Vegetarians and Vegans – this means YOU!)
  • You want to practice your maintenance skills before the holiday temptations and indulgences hit

We are taking only 20 participants.Β 

All meetings will be one-on-one and scheduled at your convenience.

We’ll work together to set your goals and plan for the Challenge. We’ll make adaptations as necessary to meet your goals.

Schedule your first meeting between now and Friday, October 26th. At the first meeting, we’ll go over everything you need to get started. Then we’ll meet weekly to check progress, make adjustments, and keep you on track.

The last day of the Challenge will depend on your start date, but the last day to complete your challenge will be November 21st, the day before Thanksgiving.

We’ll take before and after photos, weight, and measurements.

Everyone will do photo food logging with photos posted to a private Facebook Group.

The total cost for the Holiday Prep Challenge is $150. We will take the first 20 paid participants.Β 

What can you expect? If you follow the plan, participate in food logging, Β and take advantage of all of the coach support that is available, you can expect significant improvements to body composition (lost body fat!), decreased cravings, improved energy, and improved athletic performance. It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it!

Our women participants lose an average of 8 to 10 lbs and our men lose between 8 to 15 lbs. This varies according to goals, effort, etc. But plain and simple, the plan works and the results can be amazing.
