Get your sweat on – CDR style! On Saturdays, at 9am, we are offering a class devoted to cardio with a CDR twist.
For a limited time, all CDR members can attend this class without using one of your paid classes for the week.
If you are a 2, 3, or 4 times a week member, do not sign up online – just show up ready to sweat! Same goes for our 8 and 12 time a week members. For a limited time only – so take advantage of this opportunity to get another great CDR workout.
