Just because you are close to your goal doesn’t mean stop!

SFH Proteins: Pure, Recovery, Rejuvenate!

I hear these questions a lot: “Which protein should I take?”  and “What’s the difference between these three proteins?”

Well the answer depends on your goals, your body’s specific needs, and your workout intensity. So to answer all of your questions…once again what are your goals, activity levels, needs? After you workout, you need to replenish what you have lost and give your body energy to rebuild and repair.
