I AM CDR CHALLENGE

This challenge really is for everyone! If you are thinking of doing it, hurry there is only 1 more spot left!!! These challengers will be going through a 5 week course of training and meal plan programing lead by Tracey MacDonald. All challengers will be participating in the Open WODs. The challenge will kick off this Saturday, March 9th at 10:00am. Tracey is setting up meetings now throughout Saturday. If you are in the challenge and have not yet scheduled a meeting with her, please email Tracey at tracey@crossfitcdr.com.

SPRINK BREAK PLANS?

Come bring your kiddos to a fun fitness class full of exercise and games! Class starts today at 4:30-5:15. See you there! For CDR members this class is free, otherwise it is $65.00 per child for one month. Remember you can workout at the same time as your kids at our CDR ACCESSORY WORK class!

Tuesday 20′s – back squat

WOD – partner style – for time

300m – sled push

150 – box jumps

100 – pull ups
