WE NEED VOLUNTEERS

Tomorrow (Tuesday) at 9am we’ll be moving the pull up rig in the new building so the new flooring can be rolled out.

On Wednesday at 10am, we will be installing the new flooring and will need lots of hands to help.

Friday will be the final big move day (no classes on Friday!). We would love as many volunteers and as many trailers as possible!

The new address is 1720 Howard Place.

OPEN WOD 13.4

Classes are canceled Friday, Saturday and Sunday due to the move and the holiday.

We will be doing Open WOD 13.4 on Saturday at 11am as our first WOD at the new location. We hope to see you there!

OPEN WOD 13.5

We are inviting other CrossFit athletes registered for the Open to join us for 13.5 at the new box. If you know other participating athletes, please encourage them to do Open WOD 13.5 at CDR’s new location on April 6th at 11am. Please also invite your friends and family to come out and support!

RUN THROUGH REDLANDS
