NEW OLYMPIC LIFTING CLASSES ADDED
You will now see Olympic Lifting on the schedule, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, at 4:30pm. Fritz will be teaching this class. This class is for members who have a basic understanding and familiarity with the olympic lifts. This is a great opportunity to focus on your technique and efficiency with dedicated time and instruction.
Need a little extra something after your workouts? How about a pumpkin spice recovery shake?
Pumpkin Spice Recovery Shake
In a blender, combine:
- 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 oz coconut milk
- 1 scoop SFH Recovery Protein, vanilla
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or mix your own with 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 powdered ginger, 1/4 tsp sea salt, 1/8 tsp allspice, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, 1/8 tsp ground cloves)
- 8 to 10z water depending on how thick you like your shake
