You’ve got your WODs scheduled and your meals planned for the week. You’ve got two thirds of equation taken care of. What about sleep? If your sleep is regularly interrupted or you often get less than 8 hours a night, you might not be getting the full benefit of your food and exercise efforts.
CDR PUMPKIN CARVING CONTEST
Bring in your CDR-themed carved pumpkin for a chance to win one month of FREE DUES! Pumpkins must be brought in by Monday and the winner will be announced on Halloween day!
SAVE THE DATE
We will have three teams competing at Battle of the Boxes at CrossFit Kinnick in Upland on December 15th. Our Masters and Advanced teams won last year and will be defending their titles! We will also have an intermediate team competing. Plan on coming out to support them! Tickets are $10, available online – they will sell out so buy yours early!
Our Anniversary Party will be Friday, November 30th, 6:30pm, at CDR. Sign up on the whiteboard. We look foward to celebrating another great year with you!
