The Box HQ!

  • Good news, CDR!!! We are switching our current account management system (MINDBODY) to a new one, TheBoxHQ. We have spent time researching what would be the most efficient system for CDR and are excited for the benefit TheBoxHQ will bring to our members!!
  • You will now be able to schedule your classes via an APP! There is also an awesome WOD tracking program that allows you to enter your WOD scores, measure your progress, and compare your times & scores with other CDR members. For those without smart phones, you will still be able to use all of these great features online.
  • What we need from you: You should be receiving an e-mail from TheBoxHQ sometime this week asking you to enter your information into the new system. Please enter your current credit card information by this Friday, so we can get the program up and running as soon as possible.¬†We are not going to be manually transferring the information for your security. Please e-mail info@crossfitcdr.com if you have any questions!
