GET FIT, GET LEAN, GET YOKED – JANUARY CHALLENGES
I am finalizing the three challenge groups based on all paid registrations. In the next few days, participants will get an email with all of the handouts detailing the challenge they will be participating in. The email will also list the times for the kick off meetings on Saturday. Starting tomorrow, participants will be able to sign up for their body fat testing time.
HYDROSTATIC BODY FAT TESTING
We highly recommend hydrostatic body fat testing for all CDR members. This test will give you an accurate body fat reading which will assist you in setting realistic goals. The simple test takes about 10 minutes.
Testing is open to non-challengers. The cost is $75 for the before and after test. Testing times will be available on Sunday, 1/13, 1pm to 7pm and Monday, 1/14, 7am to 7pm. Sign up sheets will be at the box this week.
