24 Days of Christmas Challenge
There was no better way to ring in the New Year than with some pounds lost and performance gained! While most of you were giving into temptations of holiday treats, John L was busy losing 16 pounds and 11 inches! He stayed very positive throughout this challenge and only had one cheat meal during the 4 weeks! He followed T-mac’s plan and stayed strong to meet his goal weight. He is now the proud owner of a brand-new pair of nano 3′s. Next time you see John, congratulate him on all his hard work!
- Intro Nutrition Seminar: This Wednesday Jan.8th, T-mac will be having a Nutrition Seminar for those members who have just signed up or for those who have never gone to their free consultation. In this seminar, T-mac will go over the importance of a good nutritional foundation for increasing performance, losing weight, and getting healthy. She will also discuss our nutrition challenges and give more insight into what a good eating plan can do for you!
