REDLANDS RUMBLERS: THIS WEEK’S SCHEDULE

Here is the schedule we recommend for those competiting in the Redlands Rumble this weekend:

  • Monday: Group class
  • Tuesday: Group class
  • Wednesday: Light cardio & strategy testing with teammates
  • Thursday: Rest day & massage
  • Friday: Break a sweat & mobility

There will be a meeting this Friday (9/20) @ 6:00 p.m. at CDR for all Redlands Rumble judges.
