“Strength In Numbers” Food Challenge!!

Sign up for this Fall’s challenge: “Strength In Numbers!”

Individuals are welcome to join, but we want to encourage everyone to do this challenge with a partner!  Grab your significant other, classmate, co-worker, or friend and do this challenge together!! They can even be from outside of CDR! 

CDR believes in accomplishing goals in community. We regularly do partner WODs, which helps us push each other to new limits that we would never do on our own.  Having someone you are close to holding you accountable throughout this process will only increase your results!

Our food coach, Tracey Macdonald (T-Mac), will design you a custom food plan according to your body and goals. You will also have weekly consults with T-Mac to discuss your concerns and celebrate your progress!

Redlands Rumble Team Practice!

If you have a team competing in the Redlands Rumble, start arranging for your team to attend the same class this FRIDAY. We will be doing Redlands Rumble WODs. This will be a great time to get some practice in as well as some advice from your coaches!

Workout of the Day

Strength: FS 5X2 (2 rep max)

Skill: Pull-up/dip complex

WOD: As Many Rounds As Possible in 7 minutes….

  • 5 Burpees
  • 7 Kettlebell swings (70/53)
  • 9 Lunges with kettlebell overhead
