CrossFit Kids!

School’s back in session, which means we have a new time for CrossFit Kids.

Starting this Wednesday (08/07) CrossFit Kids will be at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.

Come have your kids try it out!!

Workout of the Day

WOD:

  • Run 1 mile
  • 75 Sit-ups
  • 50 Push-ups
  • 25 Shoulder to Overhead (135#/95#…..advanced: 185#/125#)
