Heather Andersen, a faithful 8:00 a.m.-er, recently completed a 12 week program with our nutrition coach, Tracey (“TMac”). She lost 17 lbs, 26.75 inches, and looks amazing!!!
Here is her experience working with TMac in her own words:
- “When Jared & I decided to do a program with Tmac, I was a little hesitant because I am an extremely picky eater & I’ve never been able to stick with a meal plan for more than a month. I knew that it would be different this time when Tmac said, “I will never make you eat something you hate”. She customized a meal plan for me that I felt was “doable” & I never felt deprived at the end of the day. I felt so much more happy with myself & saw myself looking forward to wod every day because, as the weight came off, I was able to do way more than I had before. Within the first month, I was able to do my first kipping pull-up which I had struggled with for so long. I am extremely excited for this “lifestyle change” and I’m so grateful that Tracey understood my needs and was able to create a plan just for me.”
