Beach Bod Challenge
The last challenge of the summer is starting in a week!!
Our nutritionist, Tracey, has only been with CDR for a few months and has already helped our members lose a total of 793 pounds!!
If you attend CDR classes regularly and are still not seeing the results you want, a better nutrition plan is likely just what you need!!! We believe at CDR that nutrition is responsible for about 80% of your results!
What: 4 weeks of custom built nutrition and check ins. Everyone will receive a unique plan, which is geared to getting the best results possible!
When: Kick off meeting: 6/24 @ 5:30 p.m. (not mandatory, but highly suggested!) Please contact TMac prior to this date to schedule your check in.
