2014 Reebok CrossFit Games: Day 2!
Congrats to TEAM CDR on tacking their first WOD of the CrossFit Games! Swimming through the surf with a heavy raft proved to be a challenge, but they presevered until the very end! The team is definitely looking forward to a well-desevered rest day tomorrow as they prepare for Friday…
6 MILE RELAY RUN:
First male pair runs 2 miles
First female pair runs 2 miles
Last male/female pair runs 2 miles
Each pair must run the 2 mile leg together. The next pair may not start until both athletes finish their run.
Female 1 completes 21-15-9 reps of:
Female 2 completes 15-12-9 reps of:
Female 3 completes 12-9-6 reps of:
Male 1 completes 21-15-9 reps of:

This event is relay style, starting with Female 1, then Female 2, etc.
