SATURDAY PARK WOD

We hope to see you at Hulda Crooks Park for our annual Park WOD on Saturday at 9am! Be sure to arrive early for your warm up. We’ll start promptly at 9am. The WOD is for all abilities and experience levels, but not appropriate for kids. The WOD takes place throughout the park and there won’t be sufficient supervision for spectator kids or participating kids. We love our CDR kiddos and want to be sure they are safe!

The Park WOD does not count toward your weekly visit number. This is a free visit, so don’t miss it! 

NOON CLASS

We now have a noon class on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is a regular group class, but it lasts only 45 minutes, so you can get back to work on time.  The showers should be done next week – so you have no excuse to eat your lunch at your desk, in front of your computer on those days! Get your WOD done and feel energized all afternoon!

NEW REEBOK GEAR

We have new Reebok gear available. We have several styles and colors of women’s tanks, men’s shirts, and men’s shorts, all with the CDR logo! There are very limited numbers of each item, so be sure to get your now!coral shirttanksgrey shirts
