CDR Redlands was presented with one of Redlands best health clubs and gymnasiums for 2014! Thank you to everyone who supports us and makes CrossFit CDR a great place to work out, get fit, get inspired, and give back to our community!

Announcements!

  • If you did not pre-order a shirt for Regionals, there will be an interest list on the black benches. Please write down your name, with the color and shirt sizes that you want. DO NOT take a shirt from the pile if you did not pre-order one!
  • May 19th-23rd–>Week of Regionals Schedule Changes: Oly lifting is cancelled Tuesday and Thursday, Friday will have AM classes only (5,6,7,8,9), and the box is closed Saturday and Sunday.
  • May 26th–>Memorial Day WOD! We will be having our annual Memorial Day WOD at 9 am next Monday. All other classes are cancelled!
