What is your goal? To improve your health, lose body fat, gain muscle, improve your athletic performance, look good in your jeans, make friends, have fun while sweating with a bunch of other people? Whatever your goal, CDR can help you get there. We want to celebrate the unique-ness of our members and goals with our next challenge – I Am CDR.

Our newest Coach, Tracey MacDonald, will be leading this 4 week challenge. There will be two categories – one for those looking to lose more than 20 lbs and one for those with less than 20lbs to lose. Meal plans will be adjusted according to participant goals. Challengers will participate in the CrossFit Games Open WODs each week. This challenge is for anyone wanting to improve – body composition, performance, eating habits. This challenge is for everyone!

  • Start Date – 3/9
  • Final Day – 4/6

Starting next week, CDR kids will be available Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:15-5:30. These classes will be free for CDR members’ children, ages 4 to 12.


AMRAP 20 minutes

  • 100m overhead walking lunge
  • 100 double unders
  • 50 wall balls
  • 25 box jumps
  • 50 sit ups
  • 100m sled push
  • 100 burpees
