Coaches at CDR are always striving to help motivate and encourage you to push pass your barriers and achieve things you never thought possible. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing your athletes grow and improve, and accomplishing goals they have been working so hard for. Recently, some members have been working hard to get that first muscle-up, and with some determination, commitment, perseverance, and numerous failures; they finally got one! Seeing this fire to keep getting better and developing as an athlete is our goal as CDR coaches. We are always here to help you reach your full potential–and then some! You rarely know what your body is capable of until you really try to go for it!

Workout 14.1 Announced Tomorrow Night!

The first workout of the 2014 CrossFit Open will be announced tomorrow night at 5 pm! Games athletes Garret Fischer of NorCal CrossFit and Marcus Hendren of CrossFit New Albany will be facing off right after the WOD is announced! We will be airing this event live at the box, so please join us tomorrow night to watch what promises to be an epic CrossFit showdown!
