Good news CDR…..you can now sign up for class at the box!! Simply use the iPad near the whiteboard to type in your name and register. We still encourage you to sign up for class ahead of time, as it helps us to have the best coaching staff for each class.
This Saturday (11/2) from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. is part 1 of our Muscle-Up/Handstand Clinic.
No matter your ability level, this clinic is a great opportunity to improve your technique and learn how to master these gymnastic movements.
*If you are on a limited membership, this clinic will count towards your weekly class total*
