Thursday 10.18.12


The last challenge of the year is about half full. How is this challenge different? All meetings will be one-on-one and we’ll focus on your unique goals and obstacles. We’ll be preparing everyone for the holidays – helping you look and feel your best and avoid the all-too-common holiday weight gain. Why wait for January to set resolutions for yourself? One month from now, you could be celebrating your success!

Schedule your first meeting between now and Friday, October 26th. At the first meeting, we’ll go over everything you need to get started. Then we’ll meet weekly to check progress, make adjustments, and keep you on track. The last day of the Challenge will depend on your start date, but the last day to complete your challenge will be November 21st, the day before Thanksgiving.
