GREY BAND TESTING
Saturday is GREY BAND TESTING!! This is one of our most important benchmarks at CDR! Even if you think you are no where near being able to earn a grey band, this is an important way to set a baseline, see your strengths & weaknesses, and measure your progress as a CDR member. Come out, set a plan, give it your all, and be proud of your results! See you on Saturday!!
Workout of the Day
Mobility Day + 60 min on Watt Bike.
We want to encourage everyone to come and spend an hour (or as much extra time as you can!) on mobility. During class we will be focusing on the shoulder. Mobility helps improve your technique, lengthen muscles, decrease pain, and increase power in all movements. Please ask a coach if you have any questions.
