The Get Fit, Get Lean, and Get Yoked Challengers have finished their Week 1 weigh-ins. This is the first time that we’ve separated participants by their goals. I’m excited about the opportunity to measure the success of our participants based on what they are trying to accomplish. Based on 29 participants who weighed in, and had a goal to lose weight, we have a total weight loss so far of 122 lbs! One Hundred Twenty Two Pounds in one week! That is an average of more than 4 lbs per person! Pretty spectacular results. And the number one complaint so far… “This is too much food!” Eating for health and performance means giving your body the fuel it needs – and that means NOT starving yourself. CDR WODs + Structured Paleo = Unbeatable Results!

I want to give a shout out to a few people who’ve started strong with some big numbers…

Brian S lost 10.5 lbs

Debbie S lost 10 lbs

Brian G lost 9 lbs

Johnie N lost 8.5 lbs

I also want to mention that our Get Yoked participants have seen some impressive PRs – Emily, Mark, Rob, and Brad!
