We are so proud of Nick Brown!! He has been receiving personal training from Calvin once per week for the last 5 weeks. His focus during these training sessions has been to improve all of the CrossFit lifts. His mobility was the restriction for many movements, so Calvin focused on coming up with ways to help him get into better positions. Nick was not able to squat with a bar when he first began and today he performed a 100 pound front squat!! He was unable to deadlift from the ground and performed a 225 pound deadlift today!! He is also now able to perform multiple reps of 20″ box jumps!

Nick Brown is another testimony of how Consistency & Dedication produce great Results!!!!

  • 100 Power cleans (#115/#75)
  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 100 Burpees
  • 100 Alternating box jumps (30″/24″)
  • 100 Shoulder to overhead
