Why are we hosting these seminars??

  • We are hosting them because we want you to have optimum form. Improving your form will increase your performance and help prevent injury. Olympic lifts are complicated, full body movements that require practice. Take advantage of these free seminars and let our coaching team help you along the way!

  • You must have attended part 1 to attend part 2.

  • Pull up/dip complex

  • 10 Barbell rows


  • 15 Overhead squats (#115/#75)
  • 1k Row
  • 10 Overhead squats
  • 750m Row
  • 5 Overhead squats
  • 500m Row
