BEACH WOD – AN IMPORTANT NOTE

If you are going to Saturday’s beach WOD, please take note of the following:

As you enter Camp Pendleton, stay in the left most lane, do not go to the
Visitor’s Center on the right lane.

  1. Have ID, and state you are going to the Del Mar Beach, and are the guests of LT COL HARRIS and LT COL ASTRAN.
  2. *Please do not say you are from CrossFit CDR. If you do this, there is a chance you will not be let in.
