BEACH WOD – AN IMPORTANT NOTE
If you are going to Saturday’s beach WOD, please take note of the following:
As you enter Camp Pendleton, stay in the left most lane, do not go to the
Visitor’s Center on the right lane.
- Have ID, and state you are going to the Del Mar Beach, and are the guests of LT COL HARRIS and LT COL ASTRAN.
- *Please do not say you are from CrossFit CDR. If you do this, there is a chance you will not be let in.
