- 1) Be a CDR coach for a day! You will program the WODs, coach all the classes on a Saturday, (6 a.m., 8 a.m., 9 a.m., & 10 a.m.) & the CDR coaches will participate in the WOD. **note: 2-3 people can pair up and coach together.
- 2) Personal training with coach Calvin to master the Olympic Lifts (clean & jerk; snatch). As many personal training sessions as needed to learn great technique on both lifts.
