Mobility to prepare for CrossFit Totals on Monday


The CrossFit Total is the sum of the best of three attempts at the squat, the press, and the deadlift, the three most effective lifts in existence for developing and testing functional strength.  – Mark Ripptoe

Plan to attend class on Monday, when we will be establishing your CrossFit Total. This is important information for our new members as well as our CDR veterans. If you don’t already have a Total, you need one. If you have a Total, you need to test it again.  Your results are important to us and this is one way that we measure the success of our programming as it relates to your results. While many fitness programs rely on subjective measures, we are data driven. We aren’t succeeding if you aren’t getting objective results.

Go easy this weekend. This is the perfect time for some light active recovery and mobility work.
