WELCOME TO THE WEEKEND!

Don’t forget to schedule some rest and recovery time this weekend. Maintaining a balance between work, exercise, and rest is critical to staying healthy. Rest includes everything from getting the sleep you need, to mobility work for your stuck parts, and active recovery. Those of you that have increased your workouts to include extra powerlifting have to be sure that you also increase the time spent on rest and recovery. Rest and recovery helps you stay injury-free and get the most out of your CDR WODs!
