WHY DO YOU WOD?

Our members join the CDR community for a variety of reasons – to get stronger, to improve their health, to lose weight – those are the common reasons. One thing that we hear often, is that working out at CDR improves members’ quality of life in other ways. Being strong and fit applies to activities outside of the box and makes life a little easier in general. Its fun to be fit!

Weekends are the perfect time to get out enjoy your fitness with your friends and family. Active rest is an important part of your fitness lifestyle.
