At CDR FITNESS we are adding an incredibly valuable tool to your workout routine, SugarWOD. This will help us further emphasize a supportive community, measure progress, and continue to celebrate the success of your accomplishments.
SugarWOD is a fun and social way to track your WODs from Day to Day and immerse yourself in the CDR Community. Using SugarWOD is highly encouraged but completely optional. You can even use it but choose to have your scores private. Also there is no cost to you to use it, we pay the fee for you.
Here is how to do it!
1. Install SugarWOD.
2. Create an account.
Sign up for an account through the app (it’s free!) and select CDR FITNESS as your box.
3. Start logging!
You can even add workouts you do on your own or at other gyms!
-All of our workouts will be released on sugar WOD at 5pm the night before. We will no longer be sending it out in am email from TRIIB since this is a much easier to you tracking system. You can sign in for a text notification as soon as the wod is released.
