POWERLIFTING CLASS SCHEDULE
Powerlifting classes will be added to the regular schedule beginning Monday, August 27. This will be a 6 week program that will require a 3-class per week commitment, in order to benefit from the specific programming. If you are unsure if this class is right for you, talk to a Coach.
- Monday – 6am and 5:30pm
- Tuesday – 6am and 5:30pm
- Thursday – 6am and 5:30pm
- Friday – 6am
**Must attend 3 powerlifting classes each week. Each class will be limited to 15 participants. You must sign up online. **
THE GOOD FIGHT CHALLENGE AND WOD/ SILENT AUCTION EVENT
We’re seeing great results after week 2 of the Good Fight Challenge! Be sure to congratulate Chris Crews (-8.6), Debbie W (-9.2), Hannah L (-7.2), Homero (-9), Jill H (-8.8), Tim H (-11!), Oscar (-11.4), and Shaila (-6.8). These are just a few of our Challengers already seeing big results.
We are accepting auction items for the Silent Auction on September 22nd. Bidding will begin September 1st. Big or small, a service or a handmade item, a basket or a box – use your imagination! Questions regarding donations can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The deadline to sign up for the Good Fight WOD is fast approaching – September 1st is the last day. Support a great cause, WOD with a friend, and have a blast!
