The 2014 Reebok CrossFit Games!!
This year’s CrossFit Games competition begins this Tuesday with some Masters division action, and on Wednesday the teams will head to the beach for an unknown WOD as the individuals go after a 1 rep max overhead squat! For the rest of the weekend, the teams can expect to tackle a 2 mile run then Fran and her devious other variations in the Frantasy workout, and then finally a 1 rep max deadlift. On Saturday they move on to the Triples Chipper and Sunday they take on the Team Fifties. Who knows what other workouts CrossFit HQ will throw at the teams this weekend, but all I know is that CrossFit CDR Redlands will be reppin’ our gym as the #REDsea!
