As you may know, our nutritionist T-Mac owns Fit Foods, a new healthy food delivery business. She produces healthy lunch, dinner, and snack options made from local vendors like Washington produce, Grass-Fed beef, free range eggs, and organic chicken. Calvin and the CDR Games team got a taste of Fit Foods at Regionals and have decided to partner up to bring our CDR members convenient, healthy meal options.

Along with its bodybuilder, weight loss, and other specialized menus, Fit Foods is excited to now offer a dedicated menu of Zone meals and snacks to meet your daily block requirements. All meals are locally cooked, packaged, and delivered to the Fit Foods refrigerator at the box!

Here’s how it works:

  • If you are interested in following a zone diet, Tracey and/or Calvin can help you figure out your daily block requirements. From there, you will order your meals through a simple order form on the side of the fridge no later than Friday for meals the following week.

10 meals a week from Fit Foods: $130.00

ZONE options: will be sold as packages (with meals and snacks) starting with a 10 block daily plan starting at $48.50 a day and going up from there.
