CDR MOMS ARE THE BEST
We hope all of our CDR moms had the BEST Mother’s Day! Being a mom is a full time job. We appreciate the fact that you make CDR a part of your weekly schedule and we hope that your time at CDR makes you stronger for all of your super-hero duties!
SHOWERS – WE HAVE SHOWERS!
The only thing needed to make our new location perfect – showers. And now, we’ve got them! So, no excuses for not getting your WOD on – in the morning, at noon, or before you head out for the evening.
