Challenge Winners!

Our first 8 week Challenge of the new year has just wrapped up and we are very excited to see that the hard work and dedication of these members has paid off with a total of 128 lbs. lost!  Here are the results…

Overall winner: Anthony Rodriquez–>Lost 23 lbs, 13 inches, and 5% body fat!

Anthony was overloaded with a heavy school load and a busy work schedule, so he could not get in

DSC_0438to wod as much as he liked, so he really stuck to his diet to shed the pounds. His persistence and planning paid off, and he proved that a good nutritional foundation is key to achieving your weight loss and health goals! Anthony looks amazing, so please remember to congratulate him the next time you see him a the box! He is now a proud owner of a brand-new pair of Nano 3.0s!

Honorable Mention: Matt Crowder–>Lost 14 lbs, 10 1/2 inches, 5% body fat, and gained 1 lb. of lean muscle!
Matt has been a long time member of CDR, and is always consistently showing up to wod, and this challenge not only helped him transform his body, but his performance as well!  Matt and his wife tackled this challenge together, both relying on each other for support and encouragement throughout the 8 weeks. She also did great, and lost 5 lbs. of fat and gained a pound of lean muscle!
These challenges can be a rough couple of weeks, especially if you are brand new to healthy eating and consistent work-outs, so if you see anyone who participated in the challenge, lend them your support and congratulations!
