Our first 8 week Challenge of the new year has just wrapped up and we are very excited to see that the hard work and dedication of these members has paid off with a total of 128 lbs. lost! Here are the results…
Overall winner: Anthony Rodriquez–>Lost 23 lbs, 13 inches, and 5% body fat!
Anthony was overloaded with a heavy school load and a busy work schedule, so he could not get in
to wod as much as he liked, so he really stuck to his diet to shed the pounds. His persistence and planning paid off, and he proved that a good nutritional foundation is key to achieving your weight loss and health goals! Anthony looks amazing, so please remember to congratulate him the next time you see him a the box! He is now a proud owner of a brand-new pair of Nano 3.0s!
