Samson Challenge Begins Tomorrow!!
Are you ready?? Hopefully by now you have gone grocery shopping and stocked up on dark leafy vegetables, good fats like avocado, almonds, olive oil, and walnuts, and some sources of quality protein such as eggs, salmon, chicken, and lean beef. The Samson Challenge is all about eating quality food, avoiding harmful foods and substances (processed foods and sugars, and alcohol), and growing stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually. Team CDR is on the quest for its 3rd trip to the Games and is gearing up with a solid nutritional foundation. All of you can benefit from making these simple changes to your diet, and support Team CDR in its CrossFit goals! The challenge will only last a couple of weeks, so let’s get #CDRStrong!
