The 2014 Open Begins!

This week marks the beginning of the 2014 CrossFit Games season with the first Open workout being announced this Thursday! We are very excited to see so many members sign up and register for Team CDR! This year the competition will be fierce and we are counting on all of you to help and support our team in making their 3rd consecutive trip to the Games. We will be hosting the Open workouts every Saturday following the announcement. We hope that all of you can come out and participate!
