Congratulations to all of our Inner Box Battle athletes! 

What an amazing day of competition, camaraderie, and fun! Thank you to the athletes for their hard work and effort. Thank you to our volunteers – because it wouldn’t have been possible without you. And thank you to everyone who came out to support and cheer for the teams. The CDR spirit is second to none!

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR JANUARY CHALLENGERS! 

Our Get Fit, Get Lean, and Get Yoked Challengers did their final check in and body fat test on Sunday. I can’t wait to share their amazing results with you!

We had five Get Yoked Challengers – Emily R, Rob L, Brad P, Chris B, and Ian L. All 5 Get Yoked Challengers made it to the podium at IBB yesterday! Congratulations to…

  • Emily for 3rd place in Intermediate Women, with Get Fit Challenger Valerie G
  • Ian L for 2nd place in Intermediate Men
  • Rob L for 1st place in Intermediate Men
  • Brad P and Chris B for 1st place in RX Men

And a big congratulations for Get Fit Challenger, Jessica N, for her 1st place win in the RX Women!

It never fails. When CDR members decide to commit 30 days to clean eating, regular WODs, and rest/ recovery strategies, their performance always improves. Training in the gym will make you better, faster, stronger. Eating and sleeping will multiply your results.
