ACTIVE REST AND RECOVERY WEEK

We hope you’re looking forward to a long Thanksgiving weekend of relaxing and having fun with friends and family. Leading up to the holiday weekend, we’ll be avoiding heavy lifting in our WODs. We’ll have a reduced schedule this weekend to allow our coaches to be with their families and to encourage our members to engage in a little active rest with loved ones. Take advantage of this time and give your body some well-deserved R & R. Your body will thank you and reward you with renewed energy next week!
