Warm up: Double-under practice & banded squats

Hero WOD: “Nate”

  • 2 Muscle-ups (substitute dead hang pull-ups)
  • 4 Handstand push-ups
  • 8 Kettlebell swings (70#/53#)

Cool down: 400m farmer carry
