Grab a partner & sign up for this Fall’s challenge, “STRENGTH IN NUMBERS”, which starts September 15th!

“Strength In Numbers will be my most exciting challenge so far at CDR. Since I have become the nutritionist at CDR my clients have lost over 1000 lbs and reprogrammed their metabolisms and learned new and maintainable eating habits.
This challenge is going to be based on the concept of carb cycling. You may have heard that I feed my clients carbs!! This challenge is actually going to be a carb cycling program that I have done both to myself and competitive clients with amazing results. It will be further tailored to your physique, needs, and schedules.
Lastly, we are encouraging you to find a partner for support, for more accountability, and for your maximum success. You can of course do this challenge without a partner.
I hear about all the obstacles in committing to a challenge: I have a weekend away, a birthday, a vacation…there will always be reasons to not make a commitment to a new, healthier lifestyle. The best time to start is now!
This challenge will last 8 weeks with weekly in-person check ins (check ins are also available by phone or Skype).”
