Fran Plan

Tomorrow we are doing the infamous CrossFit benchmark: Fran! This is a great WOD to help measure your fitness progress. Prepare to tackle this WOD by strategizing ahead of time. Before you come to class, check your previous times and weights. Plan your rep schemes and discuss them with a coach to try and get your best time possible!
