Kettlebell Touch Races
*Line up a bunch of KB’s in a straight line. One person starts in a plank on each side of the KB’s. On “GO!” the athletes race to touch each of the KB’s with each hand while moving sideways through a plank. Can make this a team relay, or 1-on-1, etc.
