What is CrossFit?

 

 

CrossFit CDR is open 7 Days a week.

We offer a wide variety of early morning, lunchtime, and late night classes. Please visit our Online Schedule to view the current group class times we offer.

Programs
  • Foundations (required before attending group classes)
    5 sessions teaching the CrossFit Foundational movements.
    We schedule your foundation classes at a time that works for your schedule.
    (Sessions include a heart pounding workout at the end of class.)

  • Group Classes
    Monthly Memberships Available:
    2x per week
    3x per week
    Unlimited Group Classes

  • Nutrition Services
    We feel strongly about the fact that a healthy diet is just as important as working out. We offer a wide range of services to meet your specific nutritional needs or concerns including:
    - Paleo classes that teach you how to eat and strategies to maintain healthy eating on a long term basis
    - In Home cooking classes
    - Personal shopping and kitchen makeovers
    - One-on-one counseling to meet your specific goals and needs

    Call or e-mail us to get more information about our nutritional services and to see when our upcoming classes are being offered.

  • Personal Training
    If interested in 1-on-1 personal training, please call to set up a time to come in.

  • CrossFit Kids
    Our CrossFit Kids classes change during different times of the year to accommodate as many kids as possible.
    Please call to inquire about our current CrossFit Kids schedule and arrange a time for your child/chidren to come in and try out a class for free.

Dues are paid on the first of every month. When you finish your Foundations classes the rest of the month is pro-rated. All Foundations classes are by appointment only.
